Whisper Love is provided by Counselor Confidence Totimeh for family counselling, marriage coaching, sex therapy, pre- and post-marital support and guided reading. The legal business identity, location and contact details remain to be confirmed.

These draft terms require the practice's approval and local legal review before store submission. They do not remove any statutory consumer rights.

Your account

Provide accurate details, keep your password secure and do not share another person's private information without appropriate permission. Do not impersonate others, misuse meeting links, harass users or attempt to access accounts or records without authorisation. The practice must confirm minimum age and guardian consent requirements before independent registration by minors.

Counselling and safety

App reading and AI suggestions are educational; they do not provide diagnosis, medical treatment or emergency care. No specific relationship outcome is guaranteed. Suitability, informed consent, confidentiality and safeguarding limits should be agreed directly with the counsellor before a session.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services. Do not rely on this app for an urgent response.

Appointments

Real appointments use times published by the practice. A confirmed booking provides a Zoom or Google Meet link for that client. Keep links private and arrange a suitable private space and internet connection. Future confirmed sessions can currently be cancelled in the app.

Notice periods, rescheduling, missed-session fees and refunds have not been set by the practice. They must be clearly agreed before any paid booking; no fee or refund rule is established by this draft.

Packages, payments and trial content

Payments and automatic subscription billing are not currently integrated. Displayed package details require the practice's approval before charging. Future checkout must clearly state prices, billing periods, renewal, cancellation and refund terms, and comply with applicable storefront rules.

The free trial uses labelled sample appointments, packages and reading. It does not create real appointments, issue meeting links or take payment. Some library content is sample content rather than a complete purchased book.

Reading and AI

Reading materials are for personal use; do not redistribute them without the rights holder's permission. AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not replace professional judgment. Review the privacy policy before sharing a concern with the AI guide.

Availability, deletion and disputes

The service may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. You can request deletion of your account and associated data; a request is not immediate deletion and does not itself cancel any separate external subscription or settle a payment dispute.

The practice's support contact, complaints process and applicable governing law must be confirmed. Nothing here excludes liabilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be published with an updated date.
