Draft for review · Updated 27 October 2026

Not yet final for store submission. The practice must confirm its public contact email, business location, legal obligations and record-retention periods.

Who is responsible

Whisper Love is the counselling app of Counselor Confidence Totimeh. This draft describes the current app. The legal business identity, country and public privacy/support email are awaiting confirmation.

Information we handle

  • Account email, securely managed password credentials and account identifiers; profile name and phone number.
  • Appointment service, date, duration, booking status, chosen video platform and the meeting link for your session.
  • Payment records, if present: amount, currency, status, package and provider reference. Checkout and paid subscriptions are not currently integrated; the app does not currently collect card details.
  • If you choose the AI guide, the concern you enter and the generated suggestions. Concerns can include sensitive relationship, family, health or sexual information.
  • Technical information processed by hosting and service providers, such as IP address, request details and error/security logs.

Why information is used

To create and secure accounts, maintain your profile, arrange counselling sessions, provide optional suggestions, respond to deletion requests and operate the app. Authorised practice administrators can access client profiles, appointments, payment records and deletion requests.

The applicable legal bases, including the basis for sensitive information, must be confirmed for the practice's country before this policy is final.

AI guidance and service providers

The AI guide sends your concern through Lovable AI Gateway to OpenAI to suggest relevant counselling services and reading. This is automated guidance, not a diagnosis or a counselling session. Do not enter names, contact details or identifying information about other people. You can use the rest of the app without the AI guide.

The app does not save concerns or suggestions in its account database. This does not mean that no provider processes or retains them: provider logging, retention, international processing and contractual protections must be confirmed before submission. Account deletion cannot automatically remove independent provider logs.

Lovable Cloud hosts the app's account and service data. Zoom or Google Meet processes information under its own privacy terms when you join a session. External providers may process information outside your country; applicable safeguards must be confirmed.

Storage, security and confidentiality

The app uses encrypted HTTPS connections and account-based access controls. Sign-in information is kept in browser or app storage to maintain your session. No system is completely secure. Confidentiality may have legal or safeguarding exceptions; these must be explained by the practice before counselling begins.

Counselling recordings and clinical notes are not created by the current app. Any records the counsellor keeps outside the app need their own accurate privacy and retention disclosure.

Retention and your choices

Account and booking information remains stored while you use the service unless the practice removes it. Exact retention periods for active accounts, deletion requests, counselling records, financial records and backups have not yet been set. These must be approved before store submission.

You can edit your name and phone number in My account and request account deletion. Deletion requests are saved for the practice to review; submitting one does not immediately delete your account. Any legally required retention must be explained before completion.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or complaint to a privacy regulator. The public contact channel and relevant regulator must be confirmed.

Children and changes

Family services may involve children. The practice must confirm its minimum registration age and parental consent/safeguarding arrangements before allowing minors to register independently. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date.
